	Pastor Howard Everett is the head pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in San Diego (http://www.calvarybaptistsd.org).  He is also the active founder of Fishes and Loaves (FALO - http://www.gofalo.net).  Pastor Howard will be teaching on international missions and sharing his experiences from Lebanon and Turkey.
	Dr. Duane Gish has a B.S. in Chemistry from UCLA and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of California (Berkeley). He spent a total of 18 years in biochemical research; with Cornell University Medical College (NYC), with the Virus Laboratory, U of Cal-Berkley and on the research staff of the Upjohn Pharmaceutical Company (Michigan). He has published approximately 40 articles in scientific journals. Dr. Gish is a professor of Biochemistry at ICR (the Institute for Creation Research) in San Diego.  He will be lecturing on the age of the Earth and biblical creation.
Are you an atheist or an agnostic?  If so, you are personally invited to attend this event.  You may come for the entire conference, a part of it, or just the debate.  You will not be alone, though.  The following atheist organizations will be represented: the Atheists of North County and the Atheist Coalition of San Diego.	Dr. Eddie Tabash is a Los Angeles lawyer and an Honorary Chairman with the Center for Inquiry West.  He has participated in numerous debates with Christians; partly because he wants atheists to have political power, he wants to legalize prostitution, and he wants God off our money, and out of the pledge. Jason Gastrich is an author, lecturer, and the founding director for Jesus Christ Saves Ministries.  He has participated in numerous debates with atheist authors, ex-pastors, and activists.  His book, The Skeptic's Annotated Bible: Corrected and Explained affirms the Bible's inerrancy. Dr. Tabash and Dr. Gastrich will engage in a formal, moderated debate about God's existence.  It will definitely be an exciting, spirited, high-octane debate, so you won't want to miss it! Format for the Debate:

Each participant will be given the number of minutes below for each section of the debate.  The time allotments below are maximums, so the actual times could be shorter.

20 minutes: Opening Arguments

10 minutes: Rebuttals

5 minutes: Second Rebuttals

Break

3 Cross-examination Questions (1 minute per question and 2 minutes per answer)

20 minutes: Questions from the Audience

Break

10 minutes: Closing Arguments
